Starting Presidents Day on February 18 and continuing all week long, Walt Disney World will Honor of president’s day as part of Limited Time Magic with an enhanced performance of the Voices of Liberty show at the American Gardens Theater. This show features 8 part harmony, this show is usually reserved for the fourth of July and is not to be missed for fans of a cappella. The show will be accompanied by memorable quotes from American Presidents like Theodore Roosevelt, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Ronald Reagan and Barack Obama.

We spent the early half of the day at the Magic Kingdom today and since Valentine’s Day has come and gone it’s time to curl up and enjoy our photo report featuring Splash Mountain and the infamous Tangled themed restrooms.

Splash Mountain Refurbishment:
Crews from the Buena Vista Construction Company were busy painting the rock work, placing plants, and welding pieces of the track work all in guest view today.
Fantasyland Restrooms:
The construction crew is in the process of wiring and installing the lighting including lanterns which are designed after the ones featured in the movie Tangled. ...

Every Mardi Gras the Port Orleans Resorts at Walt Disney World get together to put on a parade of their own using golf carts and their imagination.This year’s theme was 75 years of Disney Animation and did the cast members take that theme and get creative. The various “parade floats” featured this year included” Dumbo, Alice in Wonderland, 101 Dalmatians, Robin Hood, Little Mermaid, Mulan, Beauty and the Beast, Home on the Range, and finally Wreck it Ralph. Also in the parade were Prince Naveen and Princess Tiana from Princess and the frog riding in a horse drawn carriage acting ...

Work continues on the Disney Vacation Club wing at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. I'm not a building expert so I will let the few photos showcase the work happening.

Today I visited the Magic Kingdom for Limited Time Magic “True Love Week” which will be posted later tomorrow, but today we have a look at the Seven Dwarfs mine coaster, Splash Mountain, and some other random projects going on around the Magic Kingdom.

Splash Mountain:
The massive annual refurbishment continues on this popular attraction, all around the ride track certain sections of rock have been cut out and replaced. Also new rockwork is being added somewhere on the front of the mountain. Work is beginning to wrap up though as paint has started to be applied to many exterior areas of the mountain itself.

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco made good on his "I'm Going to Disney World" proclamation by quarterbacking a gala celebration ticket tape parade Monday at the Magic Kingdom.

Smiling and waving from a red convertible Flacco greeted cheering Magic Kingdom guests along a parade route lined with colorful red, white and blue balloons. Cheerleaders, Disney characters in football gear and a Florida blizzard made up of confetti completed the festive scene as Flacco road down Main Street, U.S.A.

Flacco's "I'm Going to Disney World" ...
