Kids of all ages are invited to join Abby Cadabby and Zoe from Sesame Street for a special tea party at Busch Gardens Tampa on Sunday, Jan. 13.

This Special tea party features a menu including mini assorted sandwiches, veggies with cream cheese and soy butter, fresh fruit, chicken tenders, mac and cheese, mini cupcakes and cookies. And choose from fruit flavored teas as well as milk, juice and hot cocoa.

Question: What is there to do at Howl-O-Scream if you don’t like haunted houses? The answer is plenty, there was enough this year to keep a person entertained for an entire spooky evening.

When I was a child I encountered a terrifying experience with a haunted house and vowed then and there to never go into one ever again. My family on the other hand loves everything Halloween and attends the event multiple times each season, and of course they talked me into “taking one for the team” and attend the last evening of this year’s Howl-O-Scream with the understanding and promise that I didn’t have to experience any of the houses, despite ...

In this, the 13^th year of Howl-O-Scream we bought ourselves recurring nightmare tickets. And armed with these special passes dared to visit the park for freaky preview and, despite the inclement weather, had a great time and a few good scares too. We experienced all six haunted houses included with general admission for the event and also watched this year’s Fiends. While we did encounter a handful of roaming hoards we will leave talking about them individually for another week but are proud to say once the rain died a little they were out in mass scaring the ponchos off of event guests.
