We’re running a little behind due to my mini vacation at Megacon 2013, for photos from that check out Figments Media, anyway over spring break I picked up an annual pass to Legoland using their new Florida Resident offer of $100. This pass is good all year long for any Merlin entertainment property in the United States including Legoland California. While at the park I took some photos of the construction project which will formally be announced tomorrow, what is it? We will wait and see but for now we know it involves a ship and an energy ...

During our spring break we took a brief visit to the Plant City Strawberry Festival last week and brought back some photos of the midway and some other random stuff. For just the few hours we were there we felt it was worth the value of admission just to browse the venders and see the midway. We plan on going back next year to experience the midway as well as see even more sights and sounds from the festival.

We took the week off last week from posting to enjoy our spring break week mini vacation; however there was still some great stuff to see including a quick visit to the Transformers “Supply Vault.” We also included some photos of a look around the building; we know some of these photos are out of date as but many including the merchandise are still worth a look

Transformers is one step closer to opening with the street between it and Shrek repaved and open to the public, Speaking of Shrek the brand new Donkey Photo Finish is completed and is now being used. Meanwhile the Springfield area is getting concrete added to the ground. Enough of this, onto the good stuff!

Donkey Meet and Greet:
While I did not visit the park early enough to see the facility in use as of today, it has opened and looks great. The new facility, even though it was made out of wood, appears to be high quality and detailed.
