Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco made good on his "I'm Going to Disney World" proclamation by quarterbacking a gala celebration ticket tape parade Monday at the Magic Kingdom.

Smiling and waving from a red convertible Flacco greeted cheering Magic Kingdom guests along a parade route lined with colorful red, white and blue balloons. Cheerleaders, Disney characters in football gear and a Florida blizzard made up of confetti completed the festive scene as Flacco road down Main Street, U.S.A.

Remember when magic kingdom guests could meet Scrooge McDuck outside of Christmas, what about the whole group from Robin hood and even the three pigs. For one week only as part of Limited Time Magic, Magic Kingdom park guests had a chance of a lifetime to meet these long lost friends from Disney history.

"True Love" Week is perfect for romance with the magic kingdom decorated with hearts and banners proclaiming true love, Special photo opportunities with characters, Enhanced romantic photo opportunities, and of course themed merchandise for the holiday.

The third week of Limited Time Magic for Walt Disney World was revealed a few days ago to be “Long Lost Friends” Taking place in Town Square at the Magic Kingdom this event will bring together rare and semi rare characters whom have not been out for quite some time.

The second Limited Time Magic offering is yet another simple meet and greet called “Winter Wonderland.” At this activity guests line up and get a photo taken with Donald, Daisy, Chip and Dale as a group. While these characters are very common for Epcot, Daisy meets up at the park’s entrance while Donald in Mexico and Chip and Dale are near the character spot, the fact all four are together was what made it different and special, the fact many were in their Christmas parade outfits was also cool. Disney Parks announced their second Limited Time Magic offering for Walt Disney World. The upcoming Limited Time Magic event will be held at Epcot in the Canada pavilion and is something you usually see during the holiday season, Snow in the form of A Winter Wonderland.

Limited Time Magic kicked off on December 30 featuring a something unique and different for each week of the year and the First of the 52 different events is “Bling in the New Year.” This offering is essentially an enhanced Club 626. Normally Club 626 features various disney characters dancing with the families to the hit songs of today but at Bling in the New Year you can party like its 11 p.m. New Year’s Eve. Characters featured include Chip, Dale, Stitch as well as some other special guests along with two stilt walkers.
